11812 Blakely Rezoning, Pitt Meadows

The potential for growth along Pitt Meadows' Hammond Road inspired the owner of a prominent corner lot to explore a development that would serve residential demand in the region. CityState submitted a rezoning application which received 1st and 2nd Readings by Council in July 2021. The application will proceed to Public Hearing, hopefully in September 2021.

On November 1 2020, CityState hosted virtual public engagement sessions with members of the surrounding neighbourhood. We received feedback which was provided in a report to Council. ​We value your comments. Please direct any questions or comments to Carola at carola@citystate.ca.+
