11812 Blakely Rezoning, Pitt Meadows

The potential for growth along Pitt Meadows' Hammond Road inspired the owner of a prominent corner lot to explore a development that would serve commercial and residential demand. CityState submitted a rezoning application which received 1st Reading by Council. Details of the application are currently under review by the City. The next step will be 2nd Reading and Public Hearing, hopefully later this year.

On November 1, CityState hosted virtual public engagement sessions with members of the surrounding neighbourhood. We continue to receive feedback, which will be provided in a report to Council.
