Heritage Revitalization

CityState's Heritage Revitalization Agreement with the City of Port Moody to protect the Moisio, Siddall and Sutherland residences is now complete. The houses were saved from development of their original lot and relocated to 3 new lots subdivided by CityState at 123 Douglas St.

The owner and development team proposed a modest densification of this property to accommodate the three heritage homes. These houses were lovingly restored and protected for future generations. The heritage homes are now enjoyed by three happy families.
