Laneway House, Port Moody 

CityState led the effort to develop Port Moody's first fully accessible laneway home:
Architectural Design and Site Plan
Minor Development Permit
Development Variance Permit
​Building Permit

As a result of this application, Council made a recommendation to staff to amend the Zoning Bylaw to include provisions and additional square footage for fully-accessible laneway homes in Port Moody.
