COMMUNITY FORUM 1

November 12, 2016

The aim of the November 12 public consultation forum is to take the pulse of the community and hear ideas from neighbourhood residents regarding the future of this site. The consulting team will present information about the existing house, the site, Coquitlam policies, and Haraman, a family-owned business. But mostly, our team will be there to listen. Please join us and share your views.

Next steps.

The consulting team will be analyzing the information gathered and make its recommendations. When a preliminary development plan has been drafted, it will be brought back to the community for further public input. This step will be before a formal application is submitted to the City of Coquitlam. Once neighbours have had a chance to comment, the plan will be refined then a formal application will be filed. Once the application is with the city the normal development application process, including further consultation with the public, will be followed.
